9.00 am. The penultimate verse of The Floating Bible; a short one, and a painless execution. 10.00 am. While engaging a Facebook messenger banter with my elder son on the themes of 70s electronica and odd time signatures, I configured the design for the further exhibition text boards. There’ll be one for each work, laminated, and available in the gallery:

12.30 pm. I reviewed the quality of the lossless format files, and made preparations for mounting images. They’re as good as it can get:

2.00 pm. Began clearing the studio of painterly detritus. My mind is now in graphic mode, and the context must fit the sensibility:

5.15 pm. I feel there’s one painting missing — to be done. But I’ve no idea for it; no sense of what it might look like. A phantom, perhaps. Enough! An evening with the family.
